We started our business in 2000 as the McCool Group Inc., as a manufacturer's representative for several kit sunroom companies. It became apparent in the first year that most people wanted additions to their property to be stick built wood construction that did not look added on.

In 2001 Marty McCool, who has a strong history of Architectural Planning, Design and Construction, licensed as a General Contractor in Tennessee and began to build under the name of Showcase Homes.

Time and success taught us that people thought we build homes, and we don't, so we revised our name to reflect what we do, which is build additions. We are now Showcase Additions. Additional success and growth created a need for a second General Contractor to run the construction and installation phase of our business. Josh Gagnier of Executive Home Builders filled that need perfectly.

We are now Showcase Additions, for your Project Planning, Design and active Management. Executive Home Builders runs the crews for General Construction, Field Personnel Management and Installation of Materials.
